Tools & Resources to Help You Ride Life's Waves

Feeling anxious, stressed, or sad doesn’t mean you’re broken; it means you’re human. The most important thing is learning how to understand those feelings. I put together these resources to give you some practical tools to help you manage your mind, build resilience, and feel more in control.

What is "Mental Health" Anyway?

A great way to explain it is as a spectrum (like a sliding scale). It’s not just “happy” or “sad.” At one end, you’re ‘Thriving’ (feeling healthy, connected, and good). At the other end, you might be ‘ill’ (like with a diagnosed condition that needs support).

Most of us live somewhere in the middle, and we can slide back and forth:

This is totally normal. Everyone experiences mental health differently, and it’s okay to be at different points on the spectrum at different times.

The goal isn’t to be “Thriving” 24/7. The goal is to build the skills to help you cope when you’re struggling and to have actions you can take every day to help you stay on the healthy end.
