About the program
Saltwater Circle is a small-group program for women who are ready to challenge themselves, connect with others and enhance their wellbeing — all with their feet in the sand and the ocean in front of them.
Each week is a guided wellbeing session focused on mindfulness, confidence and connection. This is enhanced by ocean immersion through surfing. You don’t need to be a surfer. You just need to be ready.
More than just surfing
Beginner-friendly surf coaching designed to connect you to the ocean in a safe, fun and empowering way.
Push past your comfort zone in a safe, encouraging environment and take that energy back into your daily life.
Connect with like-minded women on a similar journey. Real friendships formed in real moments.
Structured wellbeing sessions focused on the nervous system to help you reflect, realign and move forward with clarity.
Reflective questions that allow you to take a deeper look within and challenge your current thoughts, behaviours and beliefs.
Movement, nature, community and purpose — a combination that genuinely changes how you feel.

Week 2
Build on your self-awareness by exploring how to recognise, allow, and process emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
Week 3
Explore how vulnerability deepens connection with yourself and others, and the courage to be seen and supported.
Week 4

Everything you need to know before you dive in.
Not at all! Saltwater Circle welcomes complete beginners. Our surf coaches are experienced in working with first-timers and will try their best to have you standing up on the board in your first session.
The program is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. The surf sessions are adapted to what your body can do, and there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
We cap each circle at 12 women. This is non-negotiable for us. The intimacy of the group is what makes the teachings meaningful and the friendships real.
Everything: surf coaching, board and wetsuit hire, the 4-week wellbeing program, and access to the private Saltwater Circle WhatsApp group.
Life happens. If you miss a session, we’ll share notes and catch-up materials. We can’t offer refunds for missed sessions, but we’ll make sure you don’t feel left behind.
Yes! If the current circle is full, jump on the waitlist and you’ll be first to know when the next one opens. Circles run a few times per year.
October 2026
